Growing flowers in the dead of winter can be done in upstate NY, and we are doing it! In 2024, we launched our winter tulip production. Not just your standard garden tulips, we grow special varieties that have ruffles, fringed petals, and double blooms that look more like a rose or peony than a tulip! These beauties are “Farmhouse” grown using both hydroponics to bring fresh blooms in the dead of winter.
